By accessing or using the Boutiiq business management software ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Boutiiq is a subscription-based business management software designed for small and medium-sized businesses in Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean region. The Service includes features for inventory management, customer relationship management, sales tracking, and business analytics.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial period, you will be required to subscribe to continue using the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will have continued access until the end of your billing period
- You will receive an email with instructions for downloading your data
- Your data will be retained for 90 days for potential reactivation
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by Trinidad and Tobago consumer protection laws. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds for exceptional circumstances.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the Service
- The quality of insights and reports depends on accurate data entry
- We are not responsible for business decisions made based on inaccurate data
- You should verify critical information independently
You agree to use the Service only for:
- Legal business activities compliant with Trinidad and Tobago laws
- Legitimate business management purposes
- Activities that do not infringe on others' rights

We encourage users to:

We welcome feature requests and will consider them for future development. However, we cannot guarantee implementation of any specific request.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in:
- The Boutiiq software and platform
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding
- The underlying code and architecture
You retain all rights to:
- Your business data and content
- Your customer information
- Your product information and branding
We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency repairs
- Force majeure events
We perform regular data backups but recommend you:
- Export your data periodically
- Maintain your own backups of critical information
- Do not rely solely on our backup systems
You may export your data at any time through the provided export tools. We recommend exporting before cancellation.
Upon your request or after 90 days of subscription cancellation, we will:
- Permanently delete your business data from our active systems
- Remove your data from backups within 30 days
- Provide confirmation of deletion upon request
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will meet all your requirements
- The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
We are not liable for:
- Business decisions made based on Service data
- Financial losses incurred while using the Service
- Errors in data entry by users
- Acts or omissions of third-party services
Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Illegal or fraudulent use of the Service
- Actions that may harm our systems or other users
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
